Its branch (Libenli Fitness Equipment Co., Ltd.) is located in Haiyang City, which enjoys beautiful scenery and convenient traffic, with Qingdao in the west, Yantai in the north, and Weihai in the east.

We have large-type grinding tools to produce latex tubes: a) high elasticity latex tubes that are widely used for exercisers, slingshots and fishing spears; b) latex tubes for medical equipment. Libenli Fitness Equipment Co., Ltd is located in Haiyang City, which enjoys beautiful scenery and convenient traffic, with Qingdao in the west, Yantai in the north, and Weihai in the east. It is planned that the company will cover a land of 20,000sq.m. In the process of construction, ten sets of full automatic line for latex tube and assorted facilities will be manufactured, installed and put into operation gradually. The modern office center and fitness equipment line will also be completed step by step. Meanwhile, we will strive to snatch an occupation in fitness equipment market, complete brand construction, and realize an annual output of 1,700tons for latex products and sales amount of RMB 100million.

III. Market Share

　　One of our main products is hi-tech elastic latex tube, which is made of the natural latex through unique formulation. It excludes any harmful substance and has no side-effect to human body. Featuring by portability, safe operation, novel pattern and lower prices, fitness equipments made of latex tube are gradually replacing those heavy and expensive equipments made of iron. Nowadays there are only three manufacturers of high-elasticity latex tube in the world: a. Manufacturer in Mexico: 15 years of history, annual sales income of US$ 8 billion, and annual output of 300 thousand tons; b. Manufacturer in Thailand: a Germany-owned enterprise with 10 years of history, annual sales income of US$ 12 billion, and annual output of 450 thousand tons; c. Qingdao Xinhan Special Rubber Products Co., Ltd. It is estimated that Xinhan will realize sales of US$ 12 million and annual output of 1700tons. With a decade of history, Xinhan has established long-term and steady cooperation with nearly 100 customers due to its quality products at rational prices, and sold products to more than 30 countries and regions. Featuring by good elasticity, bright color and anti-aging performance, Xinhan products have snatched an occupation in the international market. In a view of the international current, the international purchase is gradually transferring to China, and we believe that Xinhan will have larger market share in the future years. At present, Xinhan multilayer high-elasticity latex tubes have monopolized the domestic market, and Xinhan small-size fitness equipment accounts for at least one third of the total. VI. Technical Level & Product Development

　　The technique and formulation of Xinhan latex products, which have acquired eight patents, are modified from the advanced technique and formulation from South Korea and Malaysia. Additionally, we have got two patents in assembly of latex tube exerciser. The double-layer/multi-layer latex tube was awarded the 2nd Prize for the National Invention Patent and the 1st Prize for the National Progress in Science and Technology. In terms of product development, we have made great achievements. Since 1996, we have committed ourselves to the development of new products. We have successively developed six automatic production lines for multilayer high-elasticity latex tubes and produced sample machine in 2005. The product from the line has higher technical indexes, such as anti-aging property, smoothness and standard spec, in its kind. The development of high technology and quality product can’t be without the effort of professionals, management personnel and the whole staff. In the process of growth, a group of technicians and management personnel have been trained and drilled, and both scientific research and management levels have been improved highly. In June 2006, we were ISO9001-2000 certified, which marked that our staffs’ quality, technicians’ scientific research level and management personnel’s management level were highly improved, and the whole company reached a higher level.
